Undercover agent testified Dr Lenard Faymore of Doctors Clinic Eaton Township issued three methadone prescriptions without a medical examination for a Columbus man Steven Koch 22. Koch said he visited on November 10 11 and 16 last year to obtain the drugs and related supplies amid disputed testimony at the hearing.

Youth held in stabbing after high school game

An 18 year old Sheffield Township youth, Nathaniel Barnett, pleaded innocent in Lorain Municipal Court to two counts of cutting with intent to wound after allegedly stabbing Victor Garcia and Frank Rosales, both 17, following the Lorain Catholic versus Clearview High School football game at Clearview field. Rosales was treated and released for a leg wound. Garcia remained in fair condition at St Joseph’s Hospital.

Cleveland policeman held in Mentor bank robbery

A 31 year old Cleveland police officer Wallace E Cowper was charged in the Mentor Lake County National Bank heist at the Great Lakes Mall on September 12. He was arrested by the FBI and scheduled to appear before a U S magistrate. The two robbers used Brink s like uniforms and escaped with six bags of cash.
