Do-not-call complaints rise as robocalls proliferate
Do-not-call complaints surge with robocalls hawking loans and services. The FTC data show monthly robocall complaints rising from 65 000 in Oct 2010 to over 212 000 in April, while far fewer telemarketers checked the list. Officials say the registry works but robocalls remain a challenge.
