Lorain mourns Thomas H Gould known as Pop Gould a retired grocer who for 34 years ran a shop opposite Lorain High School. He died at 1 45 PM after hospital admission for a heart ailment. Born in Wales he spent 80 years in the U S and half a century in Lorain. He and his wife retired from their shop a year or so ago having operated since the 1920s. He was a First Baptist member and a Knights of Pythias member for 50 years. He leaves a son Ray Lorain and a sister Rose Gould Oberlin with other relatives.
