Hung accused of seeking nepotistic hire for brother
Lorain County Commissioner Michelle Hung texted former County Administrator Tom Williams to influence a hiring decision for her brother Ed Dobins, and urged Williams to assist in IT staffing for 911. She acknowledged the interview was a courtesy to her brother, who she said was not qualified. Ohio ethics law bans official hiring family members and using authority to secure such jobs.
