South Dakota quints weighed as first day nears
Dr. James Berbos plans to weigh the Fischer quints at St. Luke’s Hospital as they start feeding via glucose water and nose tube. Mary Ann Brady Fischer, their mother, rests. Andy Fischer milks his cows nearby. Six to eight weeks premature, the five girls and one boy are named Mary five times and James Andrew, with names to be chosen for the girls.
