Lorain County election officials report that eighteen special levies bonds and liquor questions will be on November ballots across subdivisions. Elyria faces three local issues including a five year three mill levy for schools a 40000 bond for fairgrounds and a liquor closing referendum plus a county wide one year 23 cent tax for county building repairs. The only local option vote this fall is Penfield township on banning sale of beer and liquor.
