Naked photographer pleads guilty in Columbus case
Stephen Linnen, 33, pleaded guilty to 39 misdemeanor public indecency counts, 13 counts of sexual imposition, and one aggravated trespassing count as part of a plea deal. He faces up to 11 years in jail with sentencing set for September 37 and may be required to register as a sexually oriented offender. Linnen ambushed women from February 2002 to November 19, taking photos of their shocked expressions. he was jailed on $250,000 bond and is a former Ohio House Republican caucus lawyer.

Elyria man charged with sexual assault of a minor
WLYRIA An Elyria man, Nathaniel Serrano, 34, was indicted Monday on a gross sexual imposition charge for allegedly having sexual relations with a 10-year-old girl. He faces up to five years in prison if convicted for acts alleged to have occurred from January 2002 through October 2003.
