Amherst couple marks 60th with surprise party and family
Mr and Mrs Steve Polansky of Amherst celebrate six decades of marriage at a surprise party hosted by five of their ten grandchildren and nine of their ten great grandchildren. The event at their daughter Stephany Larson’s home in Oberlin featured blessing from Pastor Art Weigand and fond memories from their children Barbara Masowich Stephen Stephany Larson Marilyn Woods and John. They wed July 24 1940 in Lorain and ran Steve Polansky's Meat Market until retirement in the 1970s.
