Home kitchens may fail restaurant style health checks
A Los Angeles County study suggests only 61 percent of home kitchens would earn an A or B in a restaurant inspection with 14 percent failing to reach a C. By contrast 98 percent of county restaurants score A or B. The findings come from an Internet quiz of about 13,000 adults, not actual inspections.
