NEXUS surveyors win access orders in Lorain County
In Lorain County, seven more landowners must allow NEXUS Gas Transmission surveyors after Visiting Judge Thomas Pokorny granted temporary restraining orders. The orders come as the 36 inch diameter pipeline backed by Spectra Energy and DTE Energy faces property access disputes ahead of crossing 11 counties.
