Tiffin Distance Carnival Brings Weather Challenges and Close Finishes
At the 39th Tiffin Distance Carnival at Hedges Boyer Park heavy air and a thunderstorm delayed the Division I-A race. Amherst junior Kyle Lowry finished second in I-B with a personal best 16:13, narrowly behind Colin Pettiford of Toledo St. Francis. Bay and Vermilion teams posted solid showings in Division II, with multiple top-15 individual times and a storm-affected schedule reshaping the day.
