State Farm escape route left in dark

GRAFTON Prison escape concerns lead to new outdoor lighting at the State Farm last week. About a dozen mercury vapor lights were installed after the Columbia Township Trustees requested an escape warning for residents when prisoners are at large. Captain Warren Dyer said the lights make it unlikely for escapes to go unseen, noting the brighter lights as it gets darker.
