The Chronicle-Telegram reports its move to a modern new building on East Avenue and Third Street in Elyria. Chronicle-Telegram Debuts Faster 48-Page Press

The Chronicle-Telegram installs the Goss-Duplex 48 page press in its new building. It can print 16 more pages than the old press, runs with a 99 ton total weight, and feeds paper from the basement to six fountains with 1600 gallon ink supply. The press delivers full papers in single or multi section formats at up to 40,000 pages per hour. A viewing window lets spectators watch the operation in East Avenue.

Ohio road roadeo crowns 24 top truck drivers today

The Ohio trucking association hosts the fourth annual roadeo in Columbus with 24 top drivers from across the state competing for four titles and 27 trophies.
