Burns Take Life of Elyria Man Virgil R. Thomas
Virgil R. Thomas 58 of 414 Lodi Street died yesterday from burns suffered in a room fire at his address Saturday night. Elyria Fire Department responders found him on a bed and rushed him to Elyria Memorial Hospital where he died at 1 p.m. today. He sustained first and second degree burns on his face back legs and arms. The services will be held in Decatur Tennessee.

Two Fatal Crashes Reported In Lorain County Area
