Lorain man charged with assault and fleeing police
Tracey Hale, 36, of West 18th Street, was arrested on a warrant for two counts of assault and charges of driving with a suspended license and failing to comply with an officer. The August 22 assault involved Brenda Walimaki and her boyfriend Billy Quillen. Hale was stopped but fled before being captured. he is free on a $1,000 bond and faces Lorain Municipal Court on September 23.
