Amhurst man charged after Amherst stabbing over wallet dispute
A 21 year old Corey Pincura was stabbed in the 38000 block of Butternut Ridge Road at 1 50 am Monday after a wallet dispute. Matthew Lawler 21 was charged with felonious assault and carrying a concealed weapon and held on 50000 bond. Pincura remained in fair condition at MetroHealth. Witnesses heard Lawler say he stabbed the man and the knife was found in Lawler’s pocket. He faces Elyria Municipal Court on Monday.
