Miami AP reports Tropical Storm Edouard approaching the Florida Georgia coast with 40 mph winds and a landfall likely early today. NHC says Edouard near 75 miles northeast of Daytona Beach at 11 am moving west about 3 mph, then turning slightly south. Dos and forecasts warn of wind and rain but no dramatic impact.
