South Amherst man in stable condition after motorcycle crash
A South Amherst man, James A. Tapper, 49, of 590 S. Lake St., was in stable condition at MetroHealth Medical Center in Cleveland after a motorcycle crash Sunday night. He was not wearing a helmet, according to Sgt. Frank Booker of the Ohio State Patrol Elyria post. Tapper and his wife Cynthia were involved.
