Authorities identify remains of 18 year old Alesha Bell of Warren found in a Roaming Shores home yard during Aug 20 raid. A 40 year old resident charged with multiple felon weapon counts and tampering with evidence, held on 700000 dollar bond.
Former attorney Michael W. Fine, 58, appeared at arraignment in Lorain County Court of Common Pleas and entered a not guilty plea to multiple charges including holding against will and sexual offenses. His attorney, Robert Housel, noted a Sept. 11 pre trial date and requested a visiting judge to avoid conflicts of interest.
