Grape Show Set for Clague Park Westlake
Lorain County grape growers are to participate in a judging event next Wednesday at Clague Park Westlake near Lorain. Carl C. Pees, county agricultural extension agent, said the Ohio Grape Growers Institute sponsors the show. Entries open at 8 a.m. or the day of the show. Last year drew 55 entries. this year officials expect nearly double as the grape crop is strong with Concord, Niagara and Delaware varieties listed.
