Vermilion teachers, board in third hour talks fail again
Vermilion teachers and school board failed to reach a contract after a three hour session with a federal mediator. The district says funds support only a one year deal, while teachers seek raises and cost sharing on health insurance. A further mediation session is set for Sunday at 11:30 a.m. with the Ohio Education Association office.
