Library in Columbia Township undergoes restoration with new swale
The Lorain Public Library System renovates the 13824 West River Road N. building after past flood damage. A swale diverts water away, front entrance is leveled, drywall up, carpet to follow, while the library remains open for patrons and programs pause during work. Local patron Trujillo praises continuing access. Williams Brothers Builders conduct bounds of repairs with a $58,499 cap approved.
