Elyria resident Heather Dugan won a pair of Indians tickets in a free drawing at Lorain County Fair. She outlasted more than 1,000 entrants to earn seats for the Indians against the Toronto Bluejays on Tuesday. The drawing was sponsored by Target Human Resource Companies, a staffing service based in North Ridgeville with offices in Brunswick Lakewood and Columbus.
