Elyria YMCA Auction: Local Bidder Faces Reserve Price
Local investor Eric Glynn topped the Lorain County real estate auction at $67,500 for the former Elyria YMCA building but must await FH Properties of Texas to approve a sale below the $150,000 reserve.
