Hartford reports a rising interest in very light jets VLJs among pilots daytrippers and business travelers. Linear Air Concord Mass plans a 15 jet fleet in 2008 and Pogo Jets eyes more than two dozen jets for service in 2009. Pratt & Whitney Canada supplies PW600 engines powering VLJs and Eclipse Aviation markets the Eclipse 500 starting around 1.5 million with orders in the thousands. Cessna Mustang adds heft with a 2.5 to 3 million price and a fall 2010 delivery for a new owner.
