Three face drug charges in Elyria arrest
Three persons were charged with possession of marijuana, and one of them also faces a weapon charge, after Elyria police found small bags of marijuana and a loaded pistol in a car. Riccardo M Taylor, 19, and Larry J Bowens, 22, were held in city jail, with a 17-year-old held at Lorain County Detention Home. Taylor faces a concealed weapon count for a loaded 32 caliber revolver found under an armrest.

North Ridgeville man Lonnie A. Tollett, 21, of 6320 Cornell Blvd, was charged with possession of marijuana and intoxication after an off duty Elyria officer observed him smoking what looked like a marijuana cigarette in the Rathskeller lounge restroom at 118 Middle Ave. A leafy substance was found in his pocket during a search. He was to appear in Elyria Municipal Court.
