Lorain woman gets five years for fatal crash
Cleonna Dunseth 22 pleaded guilty to aggravated vehicular homicide and related charges after running a stop sign on West 23rd Street in Lorain on January 15 2016. Her car struck two pedestrians including 62 year old Melvin Rush who died. Dash and brake issues cited.

North Ridgeville approves bids for new central fire station
North Ridgeville plans a new main fire station with 8.1 million funding from an 0.84 mill bond approved in 2015. Ten firms picked up specs and submitted bids last week, now under architect review as construction could start next spring.
