Strongsville voters weigh 9.7 mill levy and 1.2963 mill bond
Strongsville residents vote on November 4 to approve a 9.7 mill operating levy and a 1.2963 mill bond for school repairs. The bond would raise about 6 million dollars, the levy about 9.6 million over 20 years, with taxes for an $85 000 home estimated at 33.79 and 252.50 respectively. If the levy fails, projected deficits grow to 504 000 by 1987, 2 million by 1988, and 3.6 million by 1989, forcing cuts from busing trips to staff and program reductions.
