Spencer reservoir capacity set at 24 million gallons
Spencer Village Council learned a two foot cap was added to the reservoir last weekend raising capacity to 24 million gallons. Water officials expect the supply to last four months with rainfall. Elders discussed easement with William Sammett for flood stage water encroachment onto his property. Street light deletion options from Lorain Medina Rural Electric Co op were discussed. A water rescue course will be funded by Medina County Heart Association. Trick or treat night proclaimed for Wednesday 6 to 9 PM.
