Lorain man pleads innocent to charges
A 21 year old Lorain man Timothy K Poe pleaded innocent in Municipal Court to charges of attempted aggravated robbery and attempted aggravated murder. He is accused of shooting gas station attendant Rex Craig at Mac s Shell station on Colorado Ave. Craig was treated for a gunshot wound and released. A preliminary hearing was set for 10 a m Friday with total bond of 12500 cash or property. Poe remains jailed.
