At Cape Canaveral AP reports Halloween arrived early aboard shuttle Columbia. Astronauts M Rhea Seddon and Martin Fettman created a pumpkin shaped balloon with a black inert gas filled balloon during a medical equipment check. They added a blue flight jacket and radio earphones and shouted Happy Halloween to Mission Control.
