CINCINNATI Edward J Costello 70 retired after traveling nearly 2 000 000 miles as a conductor for the Big Four railroad. Son of a railroad worker he began as a brakeman in 1890 and became a conductor a year later. Costello said he plans to take it easy and perhaps do some traveling. Finland reports its government revenues are higher than last year.
