Banker Rollin Wilbur to be buried in Wellington
Rollin A. Wilbur aged 65, president of Hettrick Manufacturing Co and an investment banker, died of heart disease in Toledo. He will be buried in Wellington, Ohio, on Thursday. COLUMBUS, Oct. 20. The village of Grafton lost a State Supreme Court appeal and must pay $5737 to three agents involved with Reserve Power and Light Co. for negotiating lower electricity rates. The court refused to review lower court judgments in favor of Herschel G. Holland, Frederick G. Robinson, and Ray F. Vandemark, who argued they were entitled to half of the savings during the contract period.
