Cat gets his vote as Canary Islands crash cited
Jay Margosian, a California candidate for secretary of state, claims his cat Joanne Kitty Margosian was registered to expose postcard voter registration flaws. Investigators blamed a pilot in the Tenerife crash on the other issue. Margosian says the registration was done to protest the system.
