In Cleveland, the Cuyahoga County coroner said a decomposed torso found behind a warehouse likely belongs to 11-year-old Shakira Johnson who vanished September 13 at a neighborhood block party. Coroner Balras cautioned it is not a positive ID yet but indicated strong evidence pointing to Johnson. Mothers and relatives have been contacted and clothing near the body reportedly matches Johnson. Police Chief Lohn noted an anonymous tip is under review.
