Excessive speed and a drunken driver contributed to a Sunday night crash in Lorain that killed Larry J. Duncan, 35, his wife Janet, 26, and daughters Rachelle, 4, and Stephanie, 9 months. Two other Duncan children and Pamela K. Robertson, 40, were hospitalized in critical condition after the cars collided near W. 14th St. and Oberlin Ave. Robertson lacked an Ohio license, and a blood alcohol test was pending results.
