Keys Proclaims Safe Halloween Month in Elyria
Mayor Michael Keys joins Lorain County peers in declaring October 4 as Safe Halloween Month. The East er Seals Society funds a safety program and $1 coupon books with discounts to benefit the disabled. Coupon books are sold at Burger King and other Northeast Ohio businesses.
