Woman testifies in Lorain robbery murder trial

Jennifer Vargas says she and others planned a simple marijuana robbery at Samuel Walls home in Lorain on Aug 14 2004. Prosecutors say Manuel Nieves shot Walls with a sawed off shotgun. defense claims Angel Vargas helped Rosado while Nieves was with his girlfriend. DNA tests tied Nieves to Walls though some evidence was limited. The trial of Nieves before a three judge panel continues.
