Avon Lake approves new taxi service for immediate use

Avon Lake council on Monday approved Need-A-Cab Inc to operate a taxi service centered at Abbe Rd and Ri. 611 with dispatch by a local firm. The measure also conditions a 4500 recreation trust fund mortgage note and a 10000 performance release tied to Moorewood Subdivision No. 4. A Dec 9 public hearing will cover a concrete changes proposal.
