Father charged after ordering son to walk home alone
SHARPSBURG Pa AP A man Marc Lopez 22 ordered his 7 year old son to walk home alone in the dark along Pierns Lane near a yacht club following an Aug 29 dispute. The boy was found near the club entrance wearing only a bathing suit and sandals. A district justice ordered Lopez to stand trial on the charge that could bring up to five years in prison and a $10000 fine.
