Priest resigns amid sex abuse suit tied to Bernardin
The Rev. Ellis Horsham, linked to a sex abuse suit with Cardinal Bernardin, resigns from the priesthood effective immediately. Archdiocese spokesman Ray George says the resignation was voluntary and unrelated to new charges. Lorain man arrested after heroin seizure and chase
Lorain police seized 34 packets of heroin and a small amount of cocaine from Radgar Ortiz, 39, after a pursuit through Lorain and Sheffield Village. Officers found 20 heroin packets in a pizza box in Ortiz’s car and 14 under a seat, plus a 6 inch pipe testing positive for cocaine. Milan Musulin, 39, was released as a passenger.
