The annual competitive test for the Naval ROTC will be held December 11 in 26 Ohio cities including Akron Athens Canton Dayton Elyria Hamilton Lima Lorain Mansfield Marion Massillon Middlefield Newark Oxford Portsmouth Steubenville Warren and Zanesville Capt Rupert M Zimmerli at Miami University announced The program offers a four year government sponsored college education at one of 32 participating colleges and universities Ohio State and Miami are the only Ohio schools with ROTC Units Eligible males 17 to 21 may apply and must commit to two years active duty after graduation Applications due by November 15 through high schools college deans or naval recruiting stations.
