Ohio Supreme Court sided with Arnold S. Levin of Sheffield Lake, overturning the Ninth District ruling and remanding the Day Ditch case, a culvert under Lake Road, for further proceedings after finding obstruction by a 48 inch corrugated pipe caused flooding and traffic disruptions.
