Schwarzenegger names team for California transition
Gov elect Arnold Schwarzenegger named an Independent auditor to review California's finances and pledged to open the books. Donna Arduin arrives from Florida to complete her analysis by January. Transition members include Rep. David Dreier and Ryan Dimas, with a diverse slate of advisers. Davis warns lawmakers and aides of transition timing as the state faces a potential $10 billion shortfall and ongoing political exits.
