Barber wage code and recovery plan outlines working hours

Barbu State Association and the AskOcHiCed Master Barberg of Yhlo with the Olde Recovery Administration draft a wage and hour code for barbers. It sets a 48 hour week, limits on shop owner hours, a 60 percent commission base, and minimum weekly wages from 14 to 17 depending on city size, plus base prices for haircuts and shaves.
