Wellington faces water shortage solve plan and new pumping
Wellington moves to ease a drought with temporary pumping from Findley Lake to the upper reservoir. The council approved a water plan with the Board of Public Affairs and an EPA backed survey to expand storage and consider a levy. Pumping should yield about six million gallons daily and costs around 50000.
