Paving Petition Circulated in Wellington
City solicitor Walden drafted a petition at request of several property owners seeking paving of the west side of North Main street. Expect opposition, but enough owners may support the move to secure a majority. North Main residents should note Cleveland & South Western franchise expires in 1923, with paving duties between the tracks and two feet on either side. The village is believed to cover one third of the expense and street intersections.
