Tragic Road Crash Claims 11 Year Old in Ravenna
Eleven year old Elvira Myers of 223 Oxford Street died instantly when an automobile driven by her mother Mrs Alvina V Myers veered off the road into a ditch near Ravenna Ohio. Mrs Myers suffered serious injuries and was hospitalized at Ravenna. The child’s body was taken to Taylor Funeral Home with funeral arrangements to be announced.

Seventeen Arraigned Before Judge Webber in Mansfield
Seventeen men indicted by the grand jury faced Common Pleas Judge A R Webber. Andrew Howard of Lorain pleaded guilty to carrying concealed weapons and not guilty to burglary, receiving Mansfield reformatory sentence on the weapons charge. Druggist Kills Burglar In Columbus Home
Columbus druggist Edward W. Harrington shot and killed an unidentified burglar in his residence. Harrington, unarmed at first, wrested a revolver from the intruder and fired four times as they fought from stairs to floor. The burglar carried a .43 caliber revolver.
