Lorain city council gave preliminary approval to a federal rent subsidy housing project on urban renewal land bounded by Fulton Avenue 31st Street and Vine Avenue. The plan includes selling the property to Lakeside Builders for 35 single family homes with an ordinance to finalize sale and price.
