Dry agent files answer to suit denials charges

State Prohibition Agent O E Rankin of this city filed an answer in the court of common pleas denying every allegation of the petition in a $10,000 damage suit brought by Stanley Dombroski of Lorain. Dombroski claims Rankin arrested him in a raid on his Lorain business March ninth. Rankin asks dismissal. The case alleges malicious conduct without probable cause. Body found hanged near Lisbon woods
